Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

- are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The products offered in this store are print-on-demand items that are produced individually after an order has been placed.

For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in the case of defective or faulty goods.
